By accessing or using the BlissBooks website, services, or platforms, you agree to comply with the following Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service.

3. Order & Service Terms
- Users must complete the Order Form / Shopping Cart to place a valid order.
- Incomplete orders will not be considered confirmed and will not be processed.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Orders cannot be altered or canceled once execution has begun.
- BlissBooks reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms and your use of BlissBooks services are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
- All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi, India.
5. Dispute Resolution
Any concern or dispute related to BlissBooks services must first be addressed informally by contacting the BlissBooks support team. Formal legal action may be pursued only after reasonable efforts at resolution.
6. International Users (Including EU Users)
If you are accessing BlissBooks from outside India, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Users residing in the European Union (EU) are entitled to mandatory consumer protections available under applicable local laws.
7. Legal Compliance (India)
You represent and warrant that:
- You are not located in a country under Indian government embargo.
- You are not listed as a prohibited or restricted party under Indian law.
8. Limited Permission to Copy
- You may download or print extracts from the BlissBooks website for personal, non-commercial use only.
- No content may be reproduced, stored, transmitted, republished, or redistributed without prior written permission from BlissBooks.
